Brian Rosenthal is a Vice President with McColl Partners, where he works in the firm’s Private Capital Raising Group.  Previously, Mr. Rosenthal served as Vice President of Finance at Piedmont Television Holdings LLC, an owner and operator of network affiliated television stations.  As part of the management team at Piedmont, Mr. Rosenthal actively participated in all financial and operational aspects of the company.  Prior to joining Piedmont, Mr. Rosenthal was an Associate in the investment banking division of CIBC World Markets in New York, where he focused on the Media and Entertainment industry.

Mr. Rosenthal received a bachelor of science degree from the University of Georgia and a master of business administration degree with a concentration in finance from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University.  Mr. Rosenthal is also a graduate of Emory Law School and a member of the New York Bar.
