Managing Director

John Deering is a Managing Director and Partner of McColl Partners.  Mr. Deering serves as head of the firm's Private Capital Solutions Group.  His transaction experience includes raising senior, mezzanine, and equity linked notes for growth-oriented companies in the retail, consumer products, business services, industrial, healthcare, and transportation industries.  Mr. Deering also worked at Wachovia Securities where he specialized in private capital raises for middle-market companies.  Mr. Deering was head of the Private Capital Advisory Group for Interstate/Johnson Lane, prior to its acquisition by Wachovia, and also worked at Bank of America.

Education

Mr. Deering received a bachelor of science degree with a major in finance from Miami University of Ohio.
