McColl Partners, LLC acted as financial advisor to the shareholders of Klein-Becker USA, LLC ("Klein-Becker"), the maker of StriVectin® ("StriVectin" or the "Brand"), in the sale of the Brand to a holding company formed by Catterton Partners. After discovering in 2003 that its best selling stretch mark cream worked on wrinkles, Klein-Becker, a family-owned business based in Salt Lake City, transformed the Brand into the leading prestige skin cream in the world. Moreover, as a result of the Brand's effectiveness and beauty industry awards, StriVectin continues to grow its worldwide following.
