McColl Partners, LLC acted as financial advisor to Maple Leaf Heritage Investments, LLC ("MLHI") in its Cdn$1.7 billion acquisition of Hudson's Bay Company ("Hbc"), the largest department store retailer in Canada. McColl Partners also facilitated over Cdn$1.0 billion in bridge and permanent financing.
