McColl Partners, LLC acted as financial advisor to Silver State Materials, LLC ("Silver State"), a portfolio company of Audax Group, in its sale to California Portland Cement Company ("CPCC"), a subsidiary of Taiheiyo Cement Corporation. 

In the past three years, McColl Partners has closed seven ready mixed concrete and aggregate transactions, making the firm the most active advisor to middle-market ready mixed and aggregate companies.  Of these deals, the majority were sold to foreign strategic acquirors, reflecting the firm’s extensive ability to access international industry participants.
