Transaction Summary
McColl Partners, LLC acted as financial advisor to Yosemite Waters ("Yosemite" or the "Company") in the sale to DS Waters of America, Inc. ("DS Waters"), a nationwide producer and distributor of home, office, and retail bottled water products. DS Waters is a portfolio company of private equity firm Kelso & Company. The acquisition of Yosemite will expand DS Waters' home and office bottled water delivery, coffee, and filtration service business to Southern and Central California by adding new water delivery and service routes.
